In association with the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation, we aim to inspire and motivate young women to pursue their career aspirations in this field.\n			\n			International Women’s Day is a moment of call for change and celebration of women’s acts of courage and determination.\n			\n			On this occasion, the Regroupement Relève Aéro Montréal wishes to raise public awareness of current issues and the under-representation of women in the aerospace sector.\n			\n			The organization of this event will present the course of several speakers from different backgrounds (maintenance, engineering, steering, teaching diplomacy, entrepreneurship, politics, research…) in the form of a panel discussion and testimonials.\n			\n			We also wish to present the progress of several companies and international organizations in this field and thus to highlight the many career opportunities for women.
