IAWA Virtual Event - Learn to Enjoy the Calm Horizon of Hygge

Ellyn and Kris, our former Advisory Board Chairs are hosting a virtual IAWA event on “well-being”. As an international organization, IAWA likes to bring different ideas in from around the world and this event will be based on the Scandinavian concept of “Hygge”. It will be led by Sari Vanska, founder of www.muutos.co.uk.
Sari, born and brought up in Finland and now resident in the UK, is a specialist in wellness needs and performance enablers. She will lead this first session along with Ellyn and Kris as our hosts.Hygge = an atmosphere of warmth, well-being and cosiness when you feel at peace and able to enjoy simple pleasures and being in the moment.
