Event Description
Join IAWA for Part 2 of the series, IAWA Critical Conversations, where we will meet with our first generation immigrant aviation professionals to discuss what it means to be inclusive of women immigrants and refugees in aviation, and how as women, we can be more inclusive of each other.
Listen as they describe the challenges they faced when they had to move away from their community, the cultural biases they had to break through, what has accelerated their growth in the aviation industy, what the support looked like for them in their aviation world and how much richer they are because of it.
