Ben Driggs Ben Driggs is President of Honeywell Global High Growth Regions, with broad responsibilities for leading Honeywell’s business across a diverse set of geographies that include China, India, and Southeast Asia; Central and Eastern Europe; the Middle East and Central Asia; Africa; and Latin America. Previously, Ben served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Corporate Development for Honeywell, where he played a leadership role for all Honeywell efforts with 25 of the company’s most important customers. These customers range from major global retailers to oil and gas companies to logistics companies to aerospace manufacturers. Ben’s focus was to ensure that all Honeywell businesses understand these customers’ strategies and needs, and that Honeywell brings the full capability of its portfolio to create value. Prior to this role, Ben served in a variety of positions with Honeywell including President, Aerospace Aftermarket; Honeywell Latin America President; Vice President, Airlines; Vice President, Aerospace Asia Pacific; and Vice President Propulsion Engines. Before joining Honeywell, Ben was an Associate Principal with the consulting firm McKinsey and Company in Los Angeles, California, working in the industrial practice. Ben holds a master’s degree from Oxford University in England, where he was a Swanson Scholar, and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, where he was also Student Body President and a Flinn Scholar. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese as well as English. |

Maya Rao Maya has over 20 years Experience in Fortune 50 and FTSE 100 companies. Maya has industry experience in supply chain, logistics and transportation as well as financial services. She has covered roles including strategy, marketing, operations, business development, and overall executive leadership. She has expertise in emerging markets, and is passionate about technology. Maya is now pivoting further into new technologies and service on boards of tech start ups, one in Fashion tech and one in fintech and has her own entrepreneurial ventures. Maya also serves as an advisor on the MEA board for Duke University. |

She also serves as the Board Member of International Aviation Womens Association and Advisory Board member of the Emirates Aviation Business School. Selda has 20 years of global experience covering various roles in the defense, commercial aerospace, aviation, O&G, energy and other industrial sectors with RR & GE prior to Honeywell. Selda earned a BSc & MSc in Aerospace Engineering from METU; an MSc in Information and Knowledge Management; a PhD on Supply Chain Management from Loughborough University; and an MBA from INSEAD. Selda is a trained coach and mentor. She believes in the power of diversity and is committed to supporting gender equality in all aspects of life. |
