IAWA Conference Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received on September 20 or earlier will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Between September 21 and September 30, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after September 30; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time. To cancel your registration, substitute another individual, or switch to in-person please contact IAWA at info@iawa.org or call 202-960-3900. Industry Tours/Miramar Marine Corps Air Station/Naval Air Station North Island:
Guests are required to wear appropriate clothing. Guests must wear pants or shorts (no skirts, dresses, or kilts), shirts or jackets, and comfortable closed-toe shoes (no sandals or Crocs) during tours. Participants wearing revealing or inappropriate clothing will not be provided a tour.
With a mindset of sustainability, no swag will be given away and live centerpieces are being leased from a local nursery.
