This first IAWA Forum Asia brings together female leaders of the industry the day prior to the start of the Singapore Airshow. It provides the unique opportunity to discuss the challenges of our industry, to network and connect with colleagues of the region and globally, features timely and important topics presented by prominent women in the field and offers opportunities for global networking. We will also discuss how we ensure for our industry to gain the skills for the future and how diversity and inclusion is key for the prosperous development of the aviation sector. How do we ensure women have pivotal leadership roles in the next evolution?
