Dr. Anne Clark

Dr. Anne Clark came to Georgia Tech in 2018 after serving in the U.S. Air Force for 26 years in primarily defense technology and academic environments. Currently, she is the Chief of the Air National Guard Programs Division (ANGPD) in the Electronic Systems Laboratory at GTRI. Her division is focused on delivering outstanding research primarily to the Air National Guard (ANG), the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), and Mobility Air Forces (MAF), in the achievement of their respective missions and is comprised of approximately 50
professionals in Atlanta, GA, Washington DC, Tucson, AZ, Shalimar, FL, St. Joseph, MO, and Ogden, UT. Its core competencies include program management, airborne electronic warfare, flight test engineering, developmental and operational testing, and tactics and training. Dr. Clark is also known for her contributions related to her leadership in the USAF’s drive to transform maintenance and logistics operations. She is the senior technical lead for a series of studies advising the USAF on adapting commercial best practices from Georgia Tech’s strategic partner, Delta Air Lines, to military maintenance operations. Before coming to Georgia Tech, she was the Commander of the AF Research Lab’s Rocket Lab at Edwards AFB, where she commanded more than 100 people and oversaw a $4M/year contract portfolio while providing support to 500 military, civilian and contractor personnel and maintaining and upgrading 233 facilities of $2.5B replacement value on a 65 square-mile research site.

 

 

Lorraine DiMarco

Lorraine (Lori) DiMarco is the Vice President Maintenance & Engineering at Mesa AIrlines. Lori has over 40 years of aviation maintenance experience.

Lori is a licensed Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Technician. She started her career with Pan American World Airways in JFK after graduating from Aviation High School where she was the first woman to attend the school and the only woman amongst 2700 students during her freshman year. Lori has worked as an A&P Mechanic for TWA and FedEx. While at FedEx she rose thru the ranks to become the Managing Director of Memphis Line Maintenance and then the Managing Director of Maintenance Planning, Control and Performance. While at FedEx she led organizations that included Line Maintenance, Maintenance Control, Aircraft Routing, Maintenance Planning, Tech Services, Fuel Farm, In-to plane Fueling and Pushback and Towing.

Lori was the Director of Seattle Line Maintenance with Alaska Airlines and was part of the team that improved Alaska’s on time performance.

Lori was also the Head of Maintenance for Air Canada in Toronto, ON and held several positions at JetBlue Airways including Director Maintenance and Director Supply Chain and Materials Operations.

She has held the FAR 119 Director of Maintenance position with FedEx, JetBlue, North American Airlines and Shuttle America. Lori has also taught the Airframe and Powerplant licensing program at her alma mater and is on the advisory board for the school.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Business Administration.

 

 

Stacey Rudser

Stacey Rudser is the President of the Association for Women in Aviation Maintenance, a board member of the National Aeronautic Association, and served on the FAA Women in Aviation Advisory Board. She is a certificated A&P with experience in both airline and MRO environments.
 
 

 

Selenita Jimenez Williamson

Selenita (Sele) Jimenez Williamson is the Senior Manager of Air Operations Quality Assurance at FedEx Express. 

She leads a management team that develops policies, provide oversight to support business principles, and shapes the quality of Air Operations at FedEx Express.

After immigrating to the US, Sele started her aviation career by attending Aviation High School and earning her Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.  In her 34-year career, she worked her way from a front-line Aircraft Maintenance Technician at the age of 20 to senior management by building her education and experiences into operational
leadership opportunities. 

As a dynamic leader dedicated to lifelong learning and personal growth, Sele holds an MBA in Management & Leadership, additionally, she is a certified PMI Project
Management Professional, ASQ Quality Driven Management (QDM) Expert and a FedEx Lean Master Black Belt.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
