When you are done with something but not yet beginning something new, you're in the liminal zone. That can feel uncomfortable and like a place to speed through. This short course will help you reframe that experience to one in which you can linger.

This short course (3 days/ 3 hours) is designed to introduce participants to the concept of the liminal zone, a time of in-between-ness. Often, it’s the time between an ending (say, leaving a job or winning an Olympic medal!!) and a beginning (figuring out the next step in your career). It can feel jarring, because as a modern culture, we crave certainty and stability. But, there can be so much beauty in liminality. We actually visit this space of liminality twice daily, in the period between sleep and wake. Those are the moments when our minds are most free. Accordingly, for life’s major liminal zones, being positioned to access the power and the strength of the liminal zone can offer up magic. This short-course will reframe the liminal zone from something to rush through to something to treasure and bask in.

● October 11, 2024 - Day 1: What is the liminal zone? Its characteristics; what makes it tricky; what makes it beautiful
● October 16, 2024 - Day 2: Scaffolding for success. The foundations that help ground you.
● October 18, 2024 - Day 3: Accessing the magic. What you can do to take most advantage of this time.

Everyone will leave with:
A new understanding of and appreciation for life's in-between times
Some practical tools to help find more basking and less angst in this space
A sense of camaraderie
