The IAWA European Leadership Forum 2025 will bring together top female leaders, executives, and professionals from across the aviation and aerospace industries to discuss key challenges, opportunities, and innovations shaping the future of the sector.

Hosted by IAWA at the Airbus Leadership University Event Center in Toulouse—the heart of Europe’s aerospace industry—this two-day forum will provide a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders in a city that is home to major players such as Airbus, ATR, and numerous aerospace research centers.
Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions, we will explore topics such as female leadership in aerospace, innovation & sustainability, safety & risks and supply chain hurdles. As part of the forum, attendees will also have the exclusive opportunity to visit one of Airbus’ world-class facilities.

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2025

Cancellations received on 15th of August, 2025 or earlier will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Between 15th of August and 14th of September 2025, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the 14th of September, 2025; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time, until the 14th of September. To cancel your registration or substitute another individual please contact IAWA at info@iawa.org or call (+1) 856-599-8100. Cancellations for hotel accommodations must be made through the hotel.

HOTEL INFORMATION

IAWA’s European Leadership Forum 2025 will be held at the Airbus Leadership University Event Center, 10 Rue Franz Joseph Strauss, 31700 Blagnac, France. Right next to it is the Skyline Airbus Hotel. This hotel has up to 139 rooms available. For the event, every participant can book this hotel, subject to availability.
Please note that the hotel will close for the weekend, so extending your stay beyond the event dates is unfortunately not possible. That said, the hotel offers a very attractive rate, and its immediate proximity to the venue makes it a highly practical and cost-effective accommodation option for all attendees.

• On Friday, 26 September, the hotel closes at 12:00. However, they have a luggage room at the hotel reception for guests who want to leave their baggage until 19:00.
• Cancellations are free of charge until 6:00 PM (local time) on the day of arrival. Any cancellation made after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the first night's stay.

MORNING INDUSTRY TOUR
Cité de L'Espace is a unique museum dedicated to space exploration and astronomy. It offers a variety of interactive exhibits, full-scale models, and immersive experiences that bring the wonders of space to life. Visitors can explore full-size replicas of spacecraft, such as the Ariane 5 rocket and the International Space Station (ISS) module. The park also features a planetarium, 3D cinema, and various educational programs.
