Celebrating Collaboration and Inclusion in Aviation! We are thrilled to share our recent experience at the extraordinary Women in Aviation Breakfast, held in collaboration with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA) during the Wings of Change Americas (WOCA) event.   Gender balance in aviation remains an ongoing challenge, despite notable progress. Initiatives like IATA 25by2025 are driving positive change, yet there's still much ground to cover. Collaboration is crucial in effecting meaningful change, and events like the Women in Aviation Breakfast serve as vital platforms for fostering important discussions and connections.   The breakfast provided an invaluable opportunity for industry stakeholders to convene and engage in meaningful dialogue about inclusion in aviation. Following the breakfast, a dynamic panel discussion on attracting and retaining diverse talent in aviation further underscored the importance of these conversations.   Special thanks to our esteemed panelists Maggie Bergsma, Peggy Croes, IAP, Ximena Andrea Rojas Olmedo, Alejandra Reyes Elizondo, and Mayra Kohler for sharing their insights and expertise.   Let's continue working together to foster a more inclusive and diverse aviation industry for all.
