Mingle with and hear from Louise Donaghey, Senior Vice President, Defence, for India and South Asia and Daphne Tan, Senior People Partner – Customer Team, General Counsel & Finance, as they present the Rolls-Royce experience on diversity and inclusion, with a Q&A session, followed by networking drinks and canapés.

Louise Donaghey is the Senior Vice President accountable for all Rolls-Royce Defence Business in India and South Asia.  Louise began her career as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force and joined Rolls-Royce in 2004. Spending over 10 years in Sales and Account Management for Civil Aerospace, Louise has sold Rolls-Royce engines and services across 3 continents and won business in very challenging environments.

Daphne Tan is the Senior People Partner accountable for people, culture and organisational elements across the Customer Team, General Counsel and Finance in Rolls-Royce Civil Aerospace Business. Daphne began her career as a graduate at Rolls-Royce and has experience in different HR roles across the Asia Pacific and UK including the start-up of the Rolls-Royce facility at Seletar.
