The IAWA Connect Breakfast hosted by KornFerry, Airbus and IATA, will take place alongside the IATA Wings of change Americas Conference in Santiago, Chile under the theme "Building a Sustainable Future Together" at the Sheraton Hotel and Conventions Center in Santiago, Chile.

Wings of Change will feature various air transport and tourism leaders to discuss how we can jointly build back better to make air transport across the Americas more competitive in a post COVID world:

Ongoing industry restart challenges
Environmental sustainability
Investments needed in the region’s infrastructure
The importance to implement global regulatory best practices while reducing aviation related fees and taxes
