Cristiane Dart, IAWA VP of Marketing and Communications

Cristiane Dart is SITA’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Communications Head and Senior Marketing Manager, Americas, based in Rio de Janeiro. She is responsible to advance, update and monitor the DEI organization communications policies, social networking accounts, and communication. She develops and executes the company’s marketing strategy, in a culturally diverse region driving complex and tailored customer focused initiatives. With a vast experience in press relations, social media, advertising, marketing intelligence, events and brand management, Cristiane has been contributing to the air transport industry in the past 20 years. Prior to joining SITA, Cristiane worked for the oil and gas sector, at ExxonMobil and Texaco. She carries the DEI flag as the International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA) Marketing & Communications Vice President and is also a member of the Airports Council International (ACI) Communications & Marketing Committee in Latin America & Caribbean regional office helping the organization´s communications and conference plans. Cristiane is also a mentor in Brazil at “Mulheres no Comando” (Women in Command), a professional development community for women. Brazilian national fluent in English, Spanish and French, Cristiane holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Communications from the Rio de Janeiro Federal University (UFRJ), an MBA from IBMEC Business School, a Post-graduation in French Translation from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF) and an MBA in Digital Business at Sao Paulo University (USP).
