IAWA Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on 15 September, 2026 or earlier will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Between 16 September and 10 October, 2026, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 10 October, 2026; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time. To cancel your registration, substitute another individual, or switch to in-person please contact IAWA at info@iawa.org or call 856-599-8100. Cancellations for hotel accommodations must be made through the hotel.

The IAWA European Forum is a premier platform championing leadership, meaningful networking and the visibility of female expertise in the aviation and aerospace industry.
This year, the IAWA European Forum will be held in Berlin during the ILA Berlin, in cooperation with ILA Berlin Aerospace Show and supported by BDLI, German Aerospace Industries Association. Attendees of the European Forum will need to buy an ILA ‘Trade Visitor Day Ticket’ for June 12th. Tickets can be purchased here: www.ila-berlin.de/en/tickets
The IAWA European Forum will take place on 11-12 June 2026, during the ILA Berlin Air Show (10–14 June 2026).
- 11 June 2026: IAWA will host a networking lunch at 12.00 pm, followed by an executive panel, fireside chat and industry tours to Rolls-Royce or MTU and we will head to IAWA Forum Dinner in a dedicated restaurant in Berlin at the end.
- 12 June 2026: One day Conference will involve panels and networking sessions throughout the day, starting at 8.30 am with registrations and ending with a cocktail at 5 pm.

Cancellations received on 30th of April, 2026 or earlier will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Between 30th of April and 1st of June, 2026, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the 1st of June 2026; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time. IAWA European Forum social event on Thursday evening will take place at this hotel
- Rate: 219€ for first reservations; 239€ until the cap is reached.
You will be able to keep the same rate if you extend your stay 1 day before/after the dates of the event.
All rooms can be paid directly at the hotel, and they accept all major credit cards. Guests must provide a credit card as a guarantee at the moment of doing the reservation.
The negotiated rate will be available until 27th April 2026.
