IAWA Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on September 15, 2025 or earlier will receive a full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. Between September 16 and October 10, 2025, cancellations will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after October 10, 2025; however, substitute registrants are welcome at any time. To cancel your registration, substitute another individual, or switch to in-person please contact IAWA at info@iawa.org or call 856-599-8100. Cancellations for hotel accommodations must be made through the hotel.

The IAWA European Leadership Forum 2025 will bring together top female leaders, executives, and professionals from across the aviation and aerospace industries to discuss key challenges, opportunities, and innovations shaping the future of the sector.

Hosted by Airbus at the Airbus Leadership University Event Center in Toulouse—the heart of Europe’s aerospace industry—this two-day forum will provide a unique opportunity to engage with industry leaders in a city that is home to major players such as Airbus, ATR, and numerous aerospace research centers.
Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and networking sessions, we will explore topics such as female leadership in aerospace, innovation & sustainability, safety & risks and supply chain hurdles. As part of the forum, attendees will also have the exclusive opportunity to visit one of Airbus’ world-class facilities.

HOTEL INFORMATION

IAWA’s European Leadership Forum 2025 will be held at the Airbus Leadership University Event Center, 10 Rue Franz Joseph Strauss, 31700 Blagnac, France. Right next to it is the Skyline Airbus Hotel. This hotel has up to 139 rooms available. For the event, every participant can book this hotel, subject to availability.
Please note that the hotel will close for the weekend, so extending your stay beyond the event dates is unfortunately not possible. That said, the hotel offers a very attractive rate, and its immediate proximity to the venue makes it a highly practical and cost-effective accommodation option for all attendees.

  • €98 per night (breakfast included)
  • City tax: €2.30/person/night
  • Closed every weekend (Friday to Sunday)

  • On Friday, 26 September, the hotel closes at 12:00. However, they have a luggage room at the hotel reception for guests who want to leave their baggage until 19:00.
  • Cancellations are free of charge until 6:00 PM (local time) on the day of arrival. Any cancellation made after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival or in case of a no-show will be charged the first night's stay.
